Carpenter serving Lyman, ME since 2024

Joseph Gooch started Joseph Gooch • Skilled Tradesman LLC in 2024 with a clear reason: to build something real. Not just for clients, but for himself and his family. After recognizing that a standard nine-to-five wasn't going to cut it, Joseph made the move to go independent and put his skills to work on his own terms.

That decision came from a genuine love of creating things. Joseph enjoys the craft itself, from the first measurement to the finished edge. That hands-on satisfaction shows up in every project, whether it's a custom tile floor, a drywall repair, or a full room remodel.

What sets Joseph Gooch • Skilled Tradesman LLC apart is the range of work Joseph takes on and the care he brings to each job. Drywall installation and repair, finish carpentry, cabinetry, tile work, LVP flooring, windows and doors, custom ceilings, siding, exterior painting, and general repairs and maintenance are all part of what he does. One tradesman, a wide skill set, and a steady focus on quality.

Customer satisfaction isn't a talking point here — it's how Joseph runs the business. He gives clients real options so each project ends up looking and feeling the way they pictured it. That approach keeps the work personal and the results on target.

Joseph serves homeowners and property owners across a wide stretch of southern Maine, including Saco, Portland, Scarborough, Falmouth, Gorham, Wells, Ogunquit, Berwick, Lebanon, Gray, Lyman, Arundel, Alfred, Waterboro, Acton, Shapleigh, and Waterboro. Whether you're close to the coast or further inland, Joseph Gooch • Skilled Tradesman LLC is within reach.
